This is supposed to be a napptural journal. I know. But, I lost all my posts from my old blog and I’ve got to take the time to put everything back. I’ll get around to it. My photo album is in the works, and I promise to get some pics up. Folks who live in Detroit, already know me (well, many do), so they know what my hair looks like.

I keep getting the “When are you going to post some pics?” type questions, and I just have to laugh, cuz my intentions are good, but I guess I’m not all that into taking pictures. When I look at some other napptural journals, I am totally in AWE, with how dedicated the authors are to keeping albums updated. That ain’t me. Let me just say this, upfront: I just do NOT have the time, nor the desire to take and post 25 shots of the front, back, top and sides of my latest twistout. But I do understand folks wanna see pictures and I also plan to have plenty of pics of Detroit-area gatherings (once we all get together and start doing some things, on a regular basis). I really do need to email Motown Girl.

This blog is still being constructed, so everything that will be here, is not here. I’ll have a contact page, a poll, links to the gallery, calendar, forum and chat room. Plus, I have all my product/resource links to add. The whole point of me creating a new site was to make everything more efficient for me, so I’d actually…write on a regular basis. I think the mission has been accomplished. I’m working on my second blog, to replace my Xanga site. Yes, I think I’m going to have two blogs, afterall.

I created my forum primarily (not exclusively) for Detroit-area nappturals. I haven’t really bothered promoting it, but I’m looking forward to meeting other midwest nappies.
