I love good food. This stuff is SO good, it’s…crazy! It’s kinda like a bread, but also like a cake. It’s got strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, (with a splash of coconut) in a buttermilk mix. You add a stick of melted butter and water, mix it up and bake.
While it’s warm (or just reheat it), add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and and a few sprays of RediWhip, and there’s nothing left to say. It’s a little bit of heaven, in a crazy, mixed up world. For real.
Next on my list? The Caramel Apple and Lemon bread mixes (along with the caramel sauce and lemon curd).
