Somebody emailed me today, asking why I didn’t comment on Kramer’s (Michael Richards) recent “meltdown” at a comedy club. So, since I love to respond to the requests of my “readers”, I’ll give my two cents:
Matthew 12:34 really sums it up. Whatever is in your heart will come out. That’s why it’s always best to deal with your issues. Cuz if you try and suppress your junk, when it does come out, the force of it all will surprise you. Ever cussed somebody out, in a fit of rage, because you let the pressure build for…months or years? That poor unfortunate soul received the worst “cuss-out” known to man. They didn’t know what hit ‘em.
When you make a fool of yourself publicly, you need to apologize — publicly. He shoulda went back to the club, and faced the music — and let the chips fall wherever.
