Well, my mini vacation is ovah. I enjoyed having almost a week of leisure. Now, it’s time to return to the crazy work world. I’m praying that I’ll have a good day, with no serious issues. As much as my job gets on my nerves (sometimes), I’m always reminded of the many, who have no job to go to.
So, with that reminder fresh in my head, let me rejoice in the day the Lord has made! Amen? Amen.
A Nappy Girl

Hi, I found your site via Blogrush. Just by co-incidence, as you are ending your vacation I am starting mine! Today was my last day at my present job. I quit because the noise and the stress were becoming too much. I’ll be working part-time from next week at something completely different, so I’ll be taking it a little bit easier for a while!
Hey. Glad to see you back. Looking forward to some new stuff from you, too! Yeah, jobs can be tough, but we gotta eat, right?
I really appreciate your encouragement and enthusiasm. It is a blessing to see that one is not a soldier in an army of one! As the Word says, “A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” Keep doing what you do. God bless you a whole LOT! Derrick.
@Sean,
Blessings to you, as you start fresh. I totally understand about leaving a job, when it gets too…noisy and stressful. Companies will burn you out, and you’ll be fit for nothing, while they keep burnin’ out everybody else. Thanks for stoppin’ by, Sean.
@Derrick,
Thanks for YOUR encouragement. I’m always amazed that people read what I write. My blog is my “living room”, and I feel comfortable showing my guests who I am, even some of the less-flattering parts. God is working on me, inspite of me, and the world gets to watch. Yay! (I think).
Glad to see that your website is up and running. Welcome back.
