Afroveda Product Usage Tip

I just tried the NuMilk Neroli Goatsmilk Conditioner. I used it as a leave-in, and I applied the Totally Twisted Ginger Almond Butter on top.  Afroveda products work well with one another, and I think layering the conditioners (as leave-ins) underneath the butters may be the key to getting even better results.  The product line is AMAZING.

My hair is crazy soft…it’s like buttery, nappy goodness!  :love   My ends feel like puffy balls of…cotton.  I’m letting it air-dry a bit, and then I’m going to twist with the Pur Whipped Jelly, for nice holding power.

So try it. Take one of the conditioners, and work it thru your damp hair (freshly shampooed) in sections (I do big twists).  Apply your favorite Afroveda butter right on top, and loosely retwist.  Work thru the rest of your head, till you’re done.  Relax with a cup of tea, and come back and twist with a little Pur Whipped Jelly.  Breathe. Smile.

I just happened to stumble read your reply on Naturally Curly (ayurvedic shampoo bar) and decided to check out your blog; I remember you from Nappturality. :) So many people have raved about their(Afroveda) products but I have yet to order. I may break down and order some items. Thanks for the review. :)

      Hey, Jai!
Thanks for stopping by! Afroveda products are wonderful…and reasonable. I’m not sure if you’ve heard this yet, but Mala fills her jars all the way to the BRIM. You get a lot of good product, for not a lot of money.

It’s nice to get a good, natural quality cream hair dressing, in a good size, for under $10…that’s almost unheard of. Try them.

      :love
